Mental Health Medical Biller and Receptionist
Busy Nonprofit Mental Health office looking for an experience and qualified full time insurance and billing specialist. Must be aware of ICD-10 changes, how to file and submit insurance billing claims, and any other billing processes. Should be knowledgeable of EMR systems, including but not limited to how to submit paper and electronic claims, able to post daily and be able to comfortably work denials. Applicant should be comfortable interacting with clients as well as some cases client interaction will be necessary.
Should have the ability to multitask and be self-movtivated, dependable, employee and work well with others. Applicant would need to able to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced office including interacting with clients, using copier, and multi line phone systems. Familiarity with insurance verification is beneficial. Medicaid billing and ICD-10 changes knowledge is requrired. Must be a team player with a great attitude and well as able to work independently without redirection!
